How To Make A Website 

I remember the time when I was first looking for information on how to make money online and I thought the hardest part of all was making a website.

I kept asking myself questions such as:

How do you actually do it?

How do you get it "online" so that people can read it?

How do you change it once you've made it?

If you're new to making money online then you may be able to relate to this. The truth is that making websites is a very easy task and you don't need to know anything technical at all.

I use a software program called XSitePro to make all of my sites including this one you're reading now. If you can use Microsoft Word then you can make a quality website with XSitePro, it really is that easy.

Obviously XSitePro isn't free (but well worth the investment) so a lot of people want to make a website for free.

This is possible using wordpress. You have to options with wordpress, you can either go for the very cheap option or you can go for the completely free option.

Although if you go for the completely free option you won't actually own the site that you create. Whichever route you want to go down you should read the following pages:

Each of those pages will walk you through the respective process's step by step and after reading them you will not only know how to make websites and "get them live" you will also know which option is best for you.

After this you should then read about domain names and hosting. A domain name is the URL of a website.

For example makemoneyonlinegeek.com is the domain name of my website

Google.com is one of the many domain names that Google have.

Hosting is basically where your website is hosted or to make things easier to understand it's where your website is stored.

Once you've made a website you upload it to your hosting space and then your website is live on the Internet. That may sound daunting but it's very simple and if you follow the above links you will be left in no doubt at all as to how to g about doing this for each respective way of making a site.
