There are hundreds of article directories, some better than others. I've found that there are a lot more low quality article directories than there are good ones.

The 20 sites below are in my opinion the best sites to submit your articles to. But let me make that clear, it's my opinion only.

Why are these article directories the best? It's because they have high Google PR and a high alexa rank. If you're unsure what Google PR (page rank) is then read my Google Page Rank page.

If you're unsure about what an alexa rank is it's basically how often a site is visited. The more a site is visited the lower the alexa rank.

For example Google.com has alexa rank 1 because it's the most visited website in the world.

Then in the other top spots you have Youtube.com Facebook.com and Yahoo.com, if fluctuates a lot. Keep up to date with the latest alexa ranks at alexa.com
